“What is 'Novelty'?”
For our purposes novelty items are defined as high profit margin impulse items that add incremental revenue to your bottom line. Typically these items are placed in high  visibility/high traffic areas and are targeted at key demographics within that establishment. These products will be various price points to encourage all customers to buy and some items will be presented on a limited basis in order to keep the program fresh. 

“Can you accommodate customers that are scanning in their stores?”
Yes. Our software communicates with many of the leading C-Store systems that are on the market today. We will work closely with your technology department to ensure maximum compliance and a smooth transition to scanning your novelty category.

“Do you offer any guarantees?”
Everything that we sell is 100% guaranteed providing that you follow the suggested retail pricing that we set for each product. If it does not sell within a reasonable time we will pick it up and credit you for the cost. We price and UPC the product for you to enable pricing consistency.

“What should I expect?”
You should expect an exceptional level of service. Our employees are representing you so they should look and sound professional at all times. We visit every two weeks (unless volume dictates otherwise) to clean, price and merchandise new products and to credit out old products. The rep is available via cell phone at all times, as is our  home office. If you leave a detailed message we will get back to you at our earliest opportunity. We will review your results with you every year in addition to regular feedback on a monthly/quarterly basis.

“What are my payment terms?”
Depending on your volume and credit history, terms are available. Many independent accounts will start by paying cash on delivery and then graduate to invoiced terms.  Please see your sales rep for further information. 

“How quickly can I get on the program?”
Usually we can set a store within a matter of days. If it is a large chain or there are special considerations then it may take a little longer.

“What do I do next?”
Complete the ‘contact me’ form and send it to us and we will call you within 24 hours. Please indicate if you are interested in any specific programs and we will schedule for a sales representative to call you or visit your store.
