Location, Location, Location! Even the hottest item will not sell if placed in the wrong area in the store. This high margin guaranteed product needs to have a location that is  consistent with its characteristics of an impulse item. Therefore, if we market in high traffic/high visibility areas the sell through is tremendous.

There is always a tendency to keep those 50 cent snack cakes in a prominent location or take up valuable counter space with ‘change makers’. We will assess the possibility of replacing these with much higher margin items in order to maximize your profitability in these key areas. In addition we conduct a store review before installing any programs as well as redesigning counter space etc. if requested.
